Scamming the Scammer – Epilogue

August 16, 2018 by Bill Brier Leave a Comment

Federal Bureau of Investigation
J. Edgar Hoover Building
935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, D.C. 20535-0001
Special Agent Ashcroft

Mr. Michael Thomas, Esq
[email protected]

Dear Mr. Thomas,

I wish to inform you that we have in custody one Debbie Boldt-Baker,
aka Martha Stuartt, who is facing charges of mail fraud, treachery and
extortion.  You know her as Martha Stuartt, a resident of Beverly
Hills, California, a wealthy heiress and owner of a dog named Kuma.

Ms. Boldt-Baker is currently serving a six year sentence at the
minimum-security women’s prison in Alderson, W. Va., known as “Camp
Cupcake”  for earlier convictions of forgery and grand theft.  Agents
searching through the library computer uncovered the names of over
thirty-six victims she has bilked for large sums of money during her
incarceration.

We are aware of her efforts to snare you (and others) into an oil or
cotton deal by appealing to your love of animals.  Ms. Boldt-Baker is
also known to offer sexual favors in an effort to lure victims.

We have confiscated much of her ill gotten gains and if you will
contact us at the Bureau you will be justly recompensed for your
losses.

Your truly,
Special Agent John Ashcroft
